Opportunity description

The subject matter of contracts awarded under the dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter referred to as the “dynamic purchasing system” or simply the “DPS”) will be the purchase of hardware and support for hardware products and the purchase of licenses for standard software products and support for these products. The objective of establishing the DPS is to create a platform for awarding contracts under the DPS in order to enable the contracting authority to award contracts flexibly in accordance with the Public Procurement Act according to its actual needs, i.e. at a time and to an extent known to it. The dynamic purchasing system will be divided into two categories: 1) Purchase of hardware and support for hardware products 2) Purchase of licenses for standard software products and support for these products.
