Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is PART 1: the purchase and delivery of computer technology and technical equipment (see Annex No. 1 to this part of the tender documents), including their delivery to the place of delivery, which is Pieninská 27 Primary School, 974 11 Banská Bystrica, within the project “Modernisation and Reconstruction of Pieninská Primary School, Banská Bystrica” and in accordance with the Purchase Agreement (Annex No. 1 to Part III of the tender documents) and its annexes. PART 2: the purchase and delivery of computer technology and technical equipment (see Annex No. 2 to this part of the tender documents), including their delivery to the place of delivery, which is the Primary School, Spojová 14, 974 04 Banská Bystrica, within the project “Primary School, Spojová 14, Banská Bystrica – Modernisation and Construction Modifications” and in accordance with the Purchase Agreement (Annex No. 2 to Part III of the tender documents) and its annexes. PART 3: the purchase and delivery of computer technology and technical equipment (see Annex No. 3 to this part of the tender documents), including their delivery to the place of delivery, which is the Primary School, Moskovská 2, 974 04 Banská Bystrica, within the project “Modernisation and Reconstruction of Moskovská 2 Primary School, Banská Bystrica” and in accordance with the Purchase Agreement (Annex No. 3 to Part III of the tender documents) and its annexes. Where this follows from the nature of the computer technology and technical equipment, delivery of the subject matter of the contract also includes professional assembly, installation, connection to technical networks, commissioning, testing, and training the Buyer’s employees in the operation and maintenance of the computer technology and equipment. For the delivery of computer technology and technical equipment protected by copyright, delivery also includes the required number of licences for all software, including all of its parts, modules, databases, components, and documentation. Together with the computer technology and technical equipment for which this follows from their nature, warranty certificates and CE certificates in Slovak or Czech must be supplied in accordance with Annex No. 1 to the Purchase Agreement (for the relevant part of the contract for which the tenderer submits a tender).
