Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the delivery of new passenger electric vehicles of the SUV type – 12 units and an electrically powered utility vehicle (van) – 1 unit, including related services, in particular the provision of warranty service. The subject of the contract includes: - delivery of new, unused motor vehicles of category M1 (passenger SUV) and N1 (light utility vehicle – van), - delivery of all documents necessary for the registration and operation of the vehicles in the Slovak Republic, - provision of a warranty for the vehicles, including a warranty for the traction battery, - provision of warranty service comprising regular manufacturer-prescribed service inspections, including materials and labor, - ensuring the availability of authorized warranty service for the offered make and type of vehicles within a maximum of 100 km from the registered office of the public contracting authority (Bulharská 39, 917 01 Trnava), GPS coordinates 48°21'36.3"N 17°35'51.3"E. The distance shall be determined according to the shortest road route displayed in the Google Maps application as of the deadline for the submission of tenders. The distance shall be determined to an accuracy of 0.1 km. The vehicles supplied must be fully electric (BEV) and must comply with all generally binding legal regulations applicable in the Slovak Republic and the European Union, including the requirements for the approval of vehicles for operation in road traffic. The technical requirements for the vehicles are specified in greater detail in Annex No. 13 to these Tender Documents. The subject of the contract also includes the transport of the vehicles to the place of performance, training of the operators to the extent necessary for the proper use of the vehicles, and handover of the vehicles in a fully functional condition ready for operation.
