Slovakia – Lift-maintenance services – Provision of services for lifting equipment

Opportunity description

The provider’s obligation, for the duration of the framework agreement and on the basis of the contracting authority’s written orders, preceded, in the case of the continuous service, by its telephone notification, to provide the contracting authority with: • inspection of the safety condition of technical lifting equipment in groups A, B and C defined in Part F of Annex No. 1 to the Framework Agreement for the relevant part of the subject matter of the contract (hereinafter referred to as “technical lifting equipment” or “TZZ”) by carrying out: - a repeated official test by an authorized legal entity, - a professional inspection by an inspection technician, - a professional test by an inspection technician, depending on the type of TZZ and the relevant applicable legislation (hereinafter referred to as “Professional Inspection of TZZ”), • servicing inspections and preventive maintenance of technical lifting equipment (hereinafter referred to as “TZZ Servicing”), • repairs of technical lifting equipment, including the procurement of spare parts (hereinafter referred to as “TZZ Repairs”), • rescue of persons trapped in TZZ (hereinafter referred to as “Continuous Service”), • training of TZZ supervisors (hereinafter referred to as “Training”) (hereinafter individually also referred to as a “service” or collectively also as “services”). The provider undertakes to provide the services in the required scope and quality and at the designated location in accordance with Annex No. 1 to the Framework Agreement for the relevant part of the subject matter of the contract. The contracting authority undertakes to accept duly provided services and to pay the provider the agreed price for the services in accordance with Annex No. 2 to the Framework Agreement for the relevant part of the subject matter of the contract, on the basis of the conditions agreed in the framework agreement. The provider is obliged to provide all services in accordance with applicable legislation, in particular Act No. 124/2006 Coll. on occupational health and safety and on amendments and supplements to certain acts, as amended, and Decree of the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Family of the Slovak Republic No. 508/2009 Coll., laying down details for ensuring occupational health and safety when working with technical pressure, lifting, electrical and gas equipment and specifying technical equipment considered to be designated technical equipment, as amended (hereinafter referred to as “Decree No. 508/2009 Coll.”), and applicable technical standards.
