Opportunity description
The subject matter of contracts awarded under the established dynamic purchasing system (DPS) will be the purchase of desktop and server licences (goods, service/subscription), such as operating systems, client access licences (CAL), cloud software licences, office software systems for document creation and their extensions for mutual communication and collaboration. The objective of establishing the DPS is to create a platform for state and public administration for awarding contracts under the DPS in order to enable contracting authorities and contracting entities to award contracts flexibly in accordance with the Public Procurement Act according to their actual needs, i.e. at a time and to an extent known to them, while at the same time centrally managing and monitoring, at the level of the state licensing administrator, the purchase of licences by individual controlled entities. The subject matter of partial contract No. 81 for KVOP was the supply of Microsoft products and services for the existing equipment in the following scope: Microsoft 365 Business Basic (including MS Teams) (CFQ7TTC0LH18) for 58 users for 12 months with an annual commitment. The subject matter of the contract also includes basic technical support for 12 months from the delivery of the licences. The subject matter of the contract must be delivered within 5 days of receipt of the binding order for the purchase of the licences constituting the subject matter of the contract in the required scope, or by the date specified in the order. If the term “equivalent” is stated in the description of the subject matter of the contract, or if the description of the subject matter of the contract contains a reference or link to a specific manufacturer, manufacturing process, trade designation, patent, type, area or place of origin or production, the Central Purchasing Organisation allows tenderers also to offer an equivalent to the required subject matter of the contract, whereby in such a case a (functional) equivalent is considered to be a solution/device that meets the utility, operational and functional characteristics necessary to ensure the purpose for which the subject matter of the contract is being procured. Tenderers are not permitted to submit a variant solution in relation to the required subject matter of the contract. If the tender also includes a variant solution, the variant solution will not be included in the evaluation of tenders and will be regarded as if it had not been submitted. Equivalents are not considered variant solutions. Procedure: restricted. Estimated value: 187,461,181.04 EUR.
