Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the provision of post-warranty servicing of devices and systems manufactured under the Siemens brand. The subject of the contract is the provision of a comprehensive servicing service for the Siemens Definition Edge computed tomography (CT) scanner and the Syngo.via XL server, consisting of regular preventive maintenance and the provision of post-warranty servicing in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations. The service will be provided at regular time intervals and/or on the basis of an arising need, depending on the technical condition of the equipment, throughout the entire term of the contract. The subject of the contract shall be deemed to be fulfilled continuously according to the needs of the contracting authority, until the total contract price is exhausted or the term of the contract expires. The subject of the contract is specified in detail in section "B.1 Description of the subject of the contract of the tender documents. The contracting authority would welcome it if the interested party also stated parameters that are not included in the specification and may have a substantial impact on the quality, operating costs and service life of the subject of the contract. All services offered must comply with the relevant requirements laid down in EU legislation.
