The subject matter of the contract (Services) is to ensure complete servicing, repairs and maintenance of the Vehicles of the public contracting authority (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”), including supplies of spare parts and consumables. The Services include the provision of (i) complete warranty and post-warranty servicing, servicing inspections, repairs and maintenance of the Customer’s Vehicles and (ii) supplies of consumables and original or homologated spare parts for Vehicles (homologated in the EU) of the KIA, Volkswagen, Škoda, Hyundai, Toyota and BMW makes, which are defined in Annex No. 7 – List of Vehicles to the Framework Agreement. The Customer requires the main place of provision of the Services to be the city of Bratislava, where the Customer has its registered office, and the other places of provision of the Services to be the regional capitals of the Slovak Republic (the seats of the public contracting authority’s regional centres), namely Trnava, Trenčín, Nitra, Žilina, Banská Bystrica, Prešov and Košice. The successful tenderer (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) will provide the Services through its branches or by means of a subcontractor so that the Provider provides the Services at least in each regional capital of the Slovak Republic throughout the entire term of the Framework Agreement. The Provider must have an electronic system for managing the operations of a vehicle repair shop, maintaining records of vehicle maintenance, orders, and emission and technical inspection deadlines, which it shall demonstrate to the Customer upon request as part of the cooperation prior to the conclusion of the Framework Agreement.
