The subject of the contract entitled Servicing and repair of air-conditioning units for railway rolling stock (hereinafter also referred to as “ŽKV”) is the performance of service inspections, maintenance and repairs of air-conditioning equipment installed in the contracting entity’s ŽKV. Service inspections, maintenance and repairs will be carried out in accordance with the operating, maintenance and repair instructions issued by the manufacturers of the respective types of air-conditioning equipment, in accordance with the relevant STN and EN technical standards, as well as in accordance with the applicable legislation of the European Union and the Slovak Republic governing the handling of fluorinated greenhouse gases, in particular within the meaning of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) on fluorinated greenhouse gases and the related generally binding legislation of the Slovak Republic. The contractor is obliged to ensure that all activities related to the subject of the contract are carried out in accordance with currently applicable legislation, technical standards and the equipment manufacturers’ technological procedures. The subject of the contract entitled Servicing and repair of air-conditioning units for railway rolling stock (hereinafter also referred to as “ŽKV”) for the BRATISLAVA region is the performance of service inspections, maintenance and repairs of air-conditioning equipment installed in the contracting entity’s ŽKV. Service inspections, maintenance and repairs will be carried out in accordance with the operating, maintenance and repair instructions issued by the manufacturers of the respective types of air-conditioning equipment, in accordance with the relevant STN and EN technical standards, as well as in accordance with the applicable legislation of the European Union and the Slovak Republic governing the handling of fluorinated greenhouse gases, in particular within the meaning of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) on fluorinated greenhouse gases and the related generally binding legislation of the Slovak Republic. The contractor is obliged to ensure that all activities related to the subject of the contract are carried out in accordance with currently applicable legislation, technical standards and the equipment manufacturers’ technological procedures. The subject of the contract entitled Servicing and repair of air-conditioning units for railway rolling stock (hereinafter also referred to as “ŽKV”) for the NOVÉ ZÁMKY region is the performance of service inspections, maintenance and repairs of air-conditioning equipment installed in the contracting entity’s ŽKV. Service inspections, maintenance and repairs will be carried out in accordance with the operating, maintenance and repair instructions issued by the manufacturers of the respective types of air-conditioning equipment, in accordance with the relevant STN and EN technical standards, as well as in accordance with the applicable legislation of the European Union and the Slovak Republic governing the handling of fluorinated greenhouse gases, in particular within the meaning of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) on fluorinated greenhouse gases and the related generally binding legislation of the Slovak Republic.
