The subject matter of contracts awarded under the established dynamic purchasing system (DPS) will be the procurement of software, including: software packages and information systems, security software package, antivirus software package, various software packages and computer systems, technical support, information technology services, system support services, software support services, software supplies, computer support services and transport services. The objective of establishing the DPS is the flexible award of contracts in accordance with the Public Procurement Act according to the actual needs of the contracting authority, i.e. at the time and to the extent known to it.
