Opportunity description

The subject of the public procurement is the purchase and construction of electric charging stations for electric buses at the following locations: Bus Station – Mlinska ulica, Jadranska ulica, Marprom Workshops – along the Drava, and Tezenska dobrava. Given the scope of the project and taking into account the planned co-financing from the CTN mechanism, for which the contracting authority had not yet signed a co-financing agreement at the time of publication of the public procurement, the contracting authority does not have secured funds for all the necessary construction work at the Marprom Workshops – along the Drava location (complete arrangement of the parking areas), and therefore is not putting this work out to tender at this stage. The contracting authority envisages carrying out the construction work at the Marprom Workshops – along the Drava location (complete arrangement of the parking areas) in the coming years. Since ZJN-3, in the fifth paragraph of Article 46, permits the use of a negotiated procedure without prior publication for public contracts for new works consisting of the repetition of similar works and complying with the basic project, and the costs of these subsequent works are included in the calculation of the estimated value of the basic public contract, the contracting authority reserves the right to conduct this procedure for the award of the construction work at the Marprom Workshops – along the Drava location (complete arrangement of the parking areas). In this case, it will invite the tenderer to whom this public contract is awarded to submit a tender. The tenderer must offer to perform the tendered contract in full.
