Slovenia – Radiotherapy, mechanotherapy, electrotherapy and physical therapy devices – Purchase and maintenance of an MRI machine and execution of construction, craft and installation (GOI) works for the refurbishment of premises at the Neurology Clinic

Opportunity description

 - dismantling, removal and environmentally sound disposal of the existing 1.5 T magnetic resonance tomograph and the existing X-ray machine, - supply and installation of a new 3 T magnetic resonance tomograph with all elements required for connecting and operating the equipment, - execution of construction, craft and installation (GOI) works to arrange or prepare the premises for the installation of the new equipment,  - preparation of PZI and PID project documentation and designer supervision during the execution of the works, - maintenance of the equipment during the 2-year warranty period and for a period of 6 years after the expiry of the warranty period. - preparation of project documentation and execution of GOI works within 60 calendar days from the contractor’s introduction to the works; the indicative deadline for introduction to the works is 15 days from the conclusion of the contract; a special record shall be drawn up regarding the contractor’s introduction to the works and this shall be recorded in the construction log; after completion of the works, the contractor shall submit to the contracting authority a Declaration of Completion of the GOI Works; - supply and installation of the MRI machine no later than 3 months from the conclusion of the contract; - 15 days intended for qualitative and quantitative acceptance, rectification of deficiencies identified during inspections, and handover; - after handover of the works, preparation of the final account shall begin, which shall be completed as soon as possible, but no later than 15 days after handover of the works or within the remaining time before the expiry of the deadline for performance of all contractual obligations; within this period, the contractor must also provide the contracting authority with appropriate financial security for the rectification of defects during the warranty period.
