The New York City (the City ) Department of Parks and Recreation ( Parks or the Agency ) is in the process of establishing a pre-qualified list ( PQL ) of general contractors for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment, necessary and required to perform general construction work for reconstruction of small building projects located at Parks properties with a building footprint of less than 1,000 square feet ( Small Buildings ).
