The purpose is to provide Consulting and Technical Assistance services for the Drafting of the Phase 2 Project for the Benidorm Cultural Center. The complete Benidorm Cultural Center Building has a constructed area of 43,500 m2, of which approximately 7,133 m2 have already been completed in Phase 1, so the present PHASE 2 will be developed in the remaining 36,367.00 m2. The service will be provided by the successful tenderer in accordance with its proposal submitted to SPTD and always in compliance with the technical requirements indicated in these Tender Specifications, which shall serve as a guide to tenderers in preparing an offer suited to the existing needs.
