Spain – Building-cleaning services – Provision of the cleaning service for buildings and centers owned by or under the authority of the Hon. Chinchilla de Montearagón City Council (Albacete), in accordance with the conditions and characteristics established in these specifications and in the technical specifications.

Opportunity description

The needs to be met through the contract are specified as follows: a) The cleaning service for the premises, rooms, facilities, and units explicitly listed therein as an integral part of the City Council's properties, as well as the furniture, furnishings, windows, and other items forming part thereof and specified in these specifications. b) Cleaning the windows of the exterior façades of all the buildings and centers described and comprising the various properties managed by the City Council. c) The supply and replenishment of consumable materials such as toilet paper and hand towels, soap, single-use sheets, etc., as well as the products needed in the buildings and centers described and comprising the various properties managed by the City Council that must be used in providing the service, such as mops, bags, buckets, brushes, floor mops, detergents, disinfectants, machines, carts, ladders, or lifts, etc., which shall be provided at the expense of the successful tenderer.
