Opportunity description

There is a need to ensure adequate conditions of cleanliness, health and well-being in all workplaces of the Gran Canaria Emergency Consortium (CEGC). In particular, the presence of operational personnel 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, at the fire stations results in intensive use of their facilities, which is further increased by the nature of the functions they perform (such as, among others, firefighting, the rescue of people and animals, or physical exercise), entailing special cleaning needs in areas such as toilets, showers, changing rooms, or kitchens. The purpose of this contract is to establish the cleaning activities required by the aforementioned workplaces, considering that the CEGC does not have the human and material resources necessary to carry out this task. For all these reasons, it is necessary to contract a cleaning service, in general, for the CEGC workplaces. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 892,000 EUR.
