File CMAYOR/2026/SPTD0/0006, Procurement of maintenance for computer equipment at SPTD facilities in the province of Alicante and CISO, will have as its purpose the provision of a comprehensive maintenance, support, and technical administration service for SPTD's IT and communications infrastructure, including the maintenance of the computer equipment of all SPTD personnel at the Alicante and Valencia offices, as well as all ICT infrastructures of SPTD projects in the province of Alicante, also providing assistance to users of the facilities in the use of networks and equipment owned by SPTD. The contract services are classified as: Main services, which constitute the essential core of the contract: Preventive, corrective, and evolutionary maintenance of IT systems. Technical administration of networks, servers, and workstations. User support and assistance service (helpdesk). Ancillary services, of a complementary nature: Technical consulting and specialized advisory work. Support for technological projects defined by SPTD. Supervisory functions concerning information security and ENS. Under no circumstances shall the ancillary services entail the contractor assuming decision-making or strategic functions, or functions belonging to the contracting authority, nor shall they entail any alteration of the main subject matter of the contract. Any service not expressly provided for must, where applicable, be processed through the corresponding contractual modification in accordance with Articles 203 et seq. of the LCSP. Procedure: open.
