Construction management and occupational risk prevention, consisting of carrying out the following activities: Perform the health and safety coordination functions during the execution of the Decommissioning and Closure Plan of the José Cabrera Nuclear Power Plant, coordinating construction activities to ensure that the principles of preventive action set out in Law 31/1995 of 8 November on Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) are applied consistently and responsibly, as well as perform the construction management functions in accordance with the applicable regulations. Carry out surveillance, inspection, and control tasks for work performed within the framework of the Decommissioning and Closure Plan of the José Cabrera Nuclear Power Plant from the perspective of occupational risk prevention, as well as the management of safety requirements applicable to contractor companies.
