Opportunity description

For the development of this initiative, the Consortium of the Cádiz Free Trade Zone has been a beneficiary of the ZF BLUE CORE BUSINESS INCUBATOR 4.0 PROJECT, 85 percent financed by the European Regional Development Fund within the ERDF 2021-2027 Multi-regional Operational Programme for Spain, under Priority P1A. of the Business Incubators 4.0 High-Technology Incubators Programme, intended to foster a digital and intelligent transition and, within it, Specific Objective 1.3 Strengthening the sustainable growth and competitiveness of SMEs and job creation in them, including through productive investments. This project aims to attract companies, generate opportunities, promote new production models and help alleviate the digital divide. Likewise, the project falls within the Strategic Sector of new advanced materials. Therefore, the building and facilities where this initiative will be implemented and developed have been configured in a multipurpose manner, making the project versatile, efficient and conducive to construction cost savings. To carry out the construction of these facilities, the CZFC awarded ESTUDIO 22 IMG ARQUITECTOS, S.L.P. the drafting of the Basic and Execution Project entitled ZF BLUE CORE-BUSINESS INCUBATOR 4.0, the Technical Management work for the construction works, and the drafting of the Health and Safety Study and Coordination to be carried out in the Interior Precinct of the Cádiz Free Trade Zone.
