The management will include direct and indirect attention to all those factors involved in the comprehensive care of dependent persons who use a Day Center, as established by current regulations, Law 3/2019, of February 18, on Inclusive Social Services of the Valencian Community; Decree 27/2023, of March 10, of the Consell, regulating the types and operation of social services centers, services and programs, and their organization within the functional, territorial and jurisdictional structure of the Valencian Public Social Services System; and Decree 51/2024, of April 29, of the Consell, amending the previous Decree. The management of the aforementioned 50 places will preferentially meet demand from applications originating in areas coinciding with the territorial intervention districts of the Ciutat Vella, Benimaclet and Salvador Allende Municipal Social Services Centers.
