Opportunity description

Drafting of technical projects for self-consumption photovoltaic installations in municipal buildings, including initial inspection and audit/survey, feasibility report, and low-voltage project ready for the works to be put out to tender. Does not include legalization or commissioning. The purpose is to have complete, viable, and directly tenderable technical projects aimed at: - Maximizing the actual photovoltaic capacity that can be installed on rooftops, above the minimum regulatory reference, within technical, structural, and economic limits, prioritizing the collective self-consumption arrangement and, when this is not viable during the study phase, allowing individual self-consumption solutions or simplified surplus compensation in accordance with Royal Decree 244/2019. - Reducing the municipal electricity bill through collective self-consumption and surplus compensation. - Ensuring regulatory compliance and the integration of PV into the municipal energy strategy. This contract contributes to the municipal energy transition objectives, in line with the municipal sustainable energy strategies, and to the energy transition objectives of the Comunitat Valenciana and Valencia City Council, facilitating the penetration of photovoltaics on municipal rooftops and economic savings through collective self-consumption and surplus compensation.
