1. Drafting of the technical air-conditioning project, including the report, supporting calculations, drawings, technical specifications, measurements, budget, and any documents necessary to define the works technically and economically in accordance with current regulations.2. Management of the installation works, which will include works management and technical supervision of the correct execution of the planned air-conditioning installations.3. Technical assistance during the execution of the works, monitoring compliance with the project, resolving technical incidents, and verifying that the installations are carried out in accordance with applicable regulations and the energy efficiency, safety, and quality criteria required in hospital environments.4.
