Spain – Financial management consultancy services – Framework agreement for technical assistance services in economic and financial matters for the Government Delegation to the Concessionaires of National Toll Motorways.

Opportunity description

The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to select specialized companies to provide technical assistance services to the Government Delegation to the Concessionaires of National Toll Motorways (Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility), within the framework of the exercise of the powers assigned to the latter by the applicable regulations. The Subdelegation, provided for in Article 5 of Royal Decree 657/1986 of 7 March, reports to said Government Delegation and is responsible for processing and proposing resolutions for matters falling within the remit of the aforementioned Government Delegation. The companies awarded the Framework Agreement and the contracts based thereon will have the opportunity to perform the technical assistance work listed below and under the conditions described in Article 3 and the following articles of these Technical Specifications (PPTP), in order to support the work of the aforementioned Government Delegation and that corresponding to the Subdelegation. The contracts based on the Framework Agreement will have as their purpose the preparation of reports on matters determined by the Government Delegation. Procedure: open.
