Spain – Guard services – The purpose of the contract is to provide unarmed surveillance and access control services, performed by duly authorized private security personnel, at the municipal premises of Benalmádena City Council, in accordance with the provisions of the PCAP and the Specific Technical Specifications (PPTP).

Opportunity description

The service is configured on the basis of UNIT PRICES, according to the hours actually worked, and is structured into two operational blocks in accordance with the PPTP: 1) Scheduled Ordinary Service: regular and foreseeable service at the centers/posts and during the schedules listed in Annex I of the PPTP, expressed as estimated annual scheduled hours per center/service. 2) Pool of Hours (Unscheduled Services): availability of an estimated annual pool of 500 hours (Annex II of the PPTP) to address unforeseen needs, events, campaigns, or reinforcements not initially planned, as well as, where applicable, services at other municipal premises not included in the initial estimated schedule, subject to a service order. The service includes, within the security guard's functional scope and in accordance with the center's protocols, access control and, at those centers equipped with municipal inspection equipment, the operational handling/supervision of walk-through/column metal detectors and X-ray scanners, as well as action and communication in response to incidents in accordance with the PPTP and applicable regulations, including cooperation with the Security Forces and Corps where appropriate.
