In accordance with the provisions of occupational risk prevention legislation, the employer (Manager of the Emergency Consortium) is obliged to adopt an organization responsible for the management and development of preventive activity. The objective is the effective protection of the workers of the Gran Canaria Emergency Consortium (hereinafter CEGC) in matters of health and safety. The purpose of this contract is to manage the corresponding duty of this Administration regarding worker protection through the adoption of the preventive modality of an external prevention service (hereinafter SPA). For all these reasons, it is necessary to contract an SPA in the specialties required by occupational risk prevention legislation. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 216,955 EUR.
