A turnkey solution must be provided that integrates specialized computing infrastructure, an AI/ML software platform, implementation and deployment services, development of Generative Artificial Intelligence use cases, training, ecosystem engagement, communication and outreach, specialized consulting support, and platform maintenance and administration. The solution must enable PROCESA to have an operational ecosystem, governed locally and accessible to different user profiles, that facilitates the use of computing resources, storage, models, APIs, work environments and associated services, ensuring the availability, security, traceability and continuity of the services provided. The purpose of the contract is not limited to the isolated provision of technological infrastructure, nor to the independent execution of training or engagement activities, but encompasses the creation of a stable system for the adoption of Artificial Intelligence that makes it possible to reduce technical access barriers, strengthen the territory's technological autonomy, develop its own capabilities and generate economic, social and organizational impact in a sustainable manner in the Autonomous City of Ceuta.
