Opportunity description

Food and cooking service, adapted to the nutritional needs of the users (dependent persons with intellectual disabilities) of the Son Llebre social and healthcare center. The catering service includes the preparation, in the center's kitchen and by the contractor's own staff, of meals for the 48 residents. Among other services, the contract includes the following: - Purchase and complete management of raw materials, ensuring a safety stock and quality control throughout the process. - Supply and replenishment of cleaning products and utensils and any resources deemed necessary. - Receipt and storage of raw materials under conditions that ensure proper quality control. - Preparation of menus and diets according to guidelines established by those responsible for food services at the center (Nutritionist-Dietitian). - Preparation of standard menus and therapeutic diets. - Supervision and support in plating, using the system established by the center and assessing the most appropriate system; this task may be required as part of the duties to be performed by the kitchen staff. - Cleaning and subsequent drying of tableware, trays, carts, cutlery, etc. The service must be provided 365 days a year.
