The subject matter of this contract is the service for the suction, transport, documentation management (transfer notification for each waste and identification document for each waste) in accordance with the Waste Law and Royal Decree 553/2020 of 2 June, and treatment of non-hazardous leachate with LER code 190703 (according to the Commission Decision of 18 December 2014 amending Decision 2000/532/EC on the list of waste, in accordance with Directive 2008/98/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council) from the La Manjoya ash deposit (including leachate from the chamber and the leachate pond and liquids from the manhole), in accordance with the Waste Law, Royal Decree 553/2020 of 2 June regulating the transfer of waste within the territory of the State, and other applicable regulations for this type of waste.
