Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is the provision of cleaning services for buildings and other municipal facilities belonging to Pamplona City Council, as described in the technical specifications and their annexes. The contract is divided into 9 lots, comprising the different buildings and facilities, in accordance with the technical specifications. There is no limitation on participation, and each tenderer may submit a bid for all the lots in which they are interested. However, they may only be awarded a maximum of three lots, except where one of the remaining lots would otherwise remain unawarded because they are the only person who has submitted a bid or has not been excluded from the tendering procedure.
