Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract referred to in these tender specifications is the SUPPLY OF OFFICE SUPPLIES FOR ZARAGOZA CITY COUNCIL, in accordance with the provisions of the Specific Particular Administrative Clauses (hereinafter, PCAPE) and the Particular Technical Specifications (hereinafter, PPT) included in the file—published in the TENDER DOCUMENTS DOCUMENT—the complete set of constituent documents of which is contractual in nature. The annex to the PPT, as well as the list attached to Annex V of the PCAPE, details the consumption of the items most in demand by Zaragoza City Council in recent years. This annex is a non-exhaustive list of the office supplies used by the City Council and is used for the financial evaluation of bids; all items in the successful tenderer's catalogue shall be considered included in the subject matter of the contract, provided that they are classified as office supplies. Procurement of catalogue items not included in the annex shall not be exclusive, and the City Council reserves the right to purchase them on the market whenever justified by a price difference.
