The purpose of these Specifications is to establish the requirements and conditions governing the procurement of maintenance and conservation services for the green areas and irrigation installations included within the scope of the Benidorm-Finestrat special plan for uses and infrastructure, with the aim of providing a comprehensive and cost-effective service that meets the required service quality levels and demonstrates the capacity to respond to the needs of SPTD within the Benidorm-Finestrat PEDUI. The objectives of this project are the operational, preventive, technical-legal, corrective, predictive, and modification maintenance of the irrigation installations and equipment.
