The purpose of the contract, with regard to traffic lights, is to provide the following services: preventive and corrective maintenance and operation of the centralized traffic control system; improvement of the effectiveness, efficiency and quality of the provision of the mobility planning and management service; installation of new equipment, software, hardware,...implementation or modification of the programming, software, hardware and/or various system components; repair of breakdowns caused by weather phenomena and execution of works to modify, refurbish or expand the SCCT installations. And, with regard to signage: provision of the service for the preservation, maintenance and repair of horizontal and vertical signage and road markers; plans for repainting road markings and maintenance of the city's tourist signage.
