Opportunity description

The purpose of this procurement procedure is the comprehensive provision of the home help service, preferably delivered in the home, which provides, through qualified and supervised personnel, a set of preventive, educational, rehabilitative, and care activities for persons and household units experiencing difficulties remaining or developing in their usual environment. The home help service, in its basic provision and dependency care modalities, seeks to provide comprehensive care to users in order to address all of the person's needs, with particular emphasis on the educational and preventive nature of all activities, in accordance with the technical requirements established in the technical specifications and under the public direction and control to be exercised by the municipal department responsible for social welfare.
