The purpose of this contract is to provide the services of an accredited laboratory to analyze certain parameters and samples in the Wholesale Water Supply to the Cadiz Area, in compliance with Royal Decree 3/2023, of 10 January, establishing the technical and health criteria for the quality of water intended for human consumption, its control and supply; Decree 70/2009, of 31 March, approving the Regulation on Health Surveillance and Quality of Water Intended for Human Consumption in Andalusia; Royal Decree 314/2016, of 29 July, amending Royal Decree 140/2003 with regard to radioactive substances; Royal Decree 902/18, of 20 July, amending Royal Decree 140/2003, and the requirements of the CAZG according to its Water Safety Plan, in addition to other regulations in force that may apply or other specific instructions that may be indicated.
