The purpose of the procedure is to procure fixed and mobile telecommunications services for EMT Madrid, S.A., to ensure voice and data connectivity for its corporate, operational, and mobility systems. The contract is structured into several lots covering primary services, backup, and billing management, through a private, secure, and scalable network.
