Switzerland – Accommodation, building and window cleaning services – Standard and annual cleaning of La Croisée prison, Orbe / 2026-2031

Opportunity description

The Penitentiary Service of the Canton of Vaud is putting out to tender standard and “deep” cleaning services for La Croisée prison, Chemin des Prés-Neufs 1, 1350 Orbe. The contract is scheduled to run from 01.10.2026 to 30.09.2028, with tacit renewal from year to year, but for a maximum of 3 additional years, i.e. until 30.09.2031. The invitation to tender therefore covers a total of 5 years. It mainly concerns the cleaning of standard premises (offices, sanitary facilities, corridors, etc.), but also the SMPP (Service of Penitentiary Medicine and Psychiatry) medical premises, namely psychiatric consultation areas, somatic care areas and waiting rooms. A “deep” cleaning service is also planned once a year for the same premises, as well as the cleaning of windows, sills, ledges and frames. Prices for these 3 services must be calculated separately. The approximate surface area of the premises to be cleaned is as follows (exact data in specifications M1): - La Croisée prison 2’390 m2 (approx. 134 premises) La Croisée prison is currently undergoing security, expansion and energy-efficiency renovation work, and the premises indicated in technical specifications M1 are the final premises, not all of which are operational at present. The Penitentiary Service wishes to prioritize the quality of the cleaning of its premises and thus impose a minimum number of hours for the standard cleaning of the various premises provided for (See technical specifications, Annex M1).
