This procurement concerns the award of an architect’s mandate, including construction management, according to SIA Standard 102 (CFC 691), as part of the project to transform, carry out energy renovation of, and repurpose the municipal building located at Épervier 4 in Cernier. The mandate includes all design, coordination and implementation services, from the preliminary design phases (adaptations related to the interior organization) through to commissioning and completion of the works. The project concerns a major transformation of an existing building, carried out on a partially occupied site, with a building permit that has already entered into force.
