Opportunity description
The complexity of the projects, the large number of parallel projects, and the high safety and operational requirements lead to an increased need for specialist and expert support in various disciplines, which cannot be fully covered by internal resources. To counteract this, this procurement procedure, comprising 8 lots, is being conducted. For each lot, SZU plans to conclude a framework agreement for the contract with three companies. However, SZU reserves the right to refrain from multiple awards if the planned multiple award would prove uneconomical or qualitatively disadvantageous for SZU. The process for calling off each contract is described in section 2.1 of the draft contract. Individual contracts will be concluded for each individual call-off of services. There is no specific basic service. The content, scope, and time required for the provision of services are determined by the respective call-off. A partner company may cover several lots (=several roles). For each role and each seniority level, a key person responsible for service performance must be designated. One key person may cover several roles and/or several seniority levels. This lot comprises specialist services for the conceptual, procedural, and operational further development of railway production as a higher-level end-to-end process. Procedure: open. Review the original TED notice for the complete requirement, lots, amendments and attachments.
