Opportunity description

The complexity of the undertakings, the large number of parallel projects, and the stringent safety and operational requirements are leading to an increased need for specialist and expert support in various disciplines, which cannot be fully covered by internal resources. To address this, this procurement procedure, comprising 8 lots, is being conducted. For each lot, SZU plans to conclude a framework agreement for the contract with three companies. However, SZU reserves the right to refrain from multiple awards if the planned multiple award would prove uneconomical or qualitatively disadvantageous for SZU. The process for call-offs for each contract is described in section 2.1 of the draft contract. Individual contracts will be concluded for each individual call-off of services. There is no specific basic service. The content, scope, and time required for the provision of services are determined by the respective call-off. A partner company may cover several lots (=several roles). A key person responsible for fulfilling the services must be designated for each role and each seniority level. One key person may cover several roles and/or several seniority levels. This lot includes services for analyses, conceptual design, and specialist support for the planning and development of SZU's future topology and any intermediate steps. Procedure: open.
