The purpose of the contract is the urban project management mandate for the Acacias 2 sector in Geneva, as part of the Praille–Acacias–Vernets (PAV) project. The multidisciplinary team will be responsible for supporting the development of the sector. The main tasks of the contract are: * Development of the Acacias 2 guide plan * Development of the localized neighborhood plan or plans PLQ(s)-PAV Acacias 2 * Design and construction of public open spaces * Architectural, urban and environmental coordination and development support * Additional tasks according to project needs At the request-to-participate stage, the teams will be composed of * An urban planner * A landscape architect * A sustainable development and environment specialist * A civil engineer. The teams authorized to submit a tender must supplement their team with the following skills: * Mobility expert * Hydraulics expert * Environmental engineer * Urban programming and activation expert * Architect * Lighting designer. The tasks are covered by two contracts: a contract with the City of Geneva (AGCM) for the design and construction of public open spaces, and a contract with the Praille-Acacias-Vernets Directorate (DPAV) for the other tasks.
