Opportunity description

STI Bus AG is tendering framework agreements for client advisory services in an open procedure. The aim is to conclude framework agreements with several providers to ensure qualified support across different construction tasks and project sizes. The subject matter comprises client advisory and project management services for building construction, infrastructure and mixed construction tasks, particularly but not exclusively for the three key projects “Thun/Steffisburg Headquarters”, “Wilderswil Depot” and “Grindelwald Depot”. Models involving individual service providers, general planning, general contracting and total contracting or integrated service providers may be used for the planning and implementation of the construction projects. The respective decision as to which model is selected will be made by the contracting authority in alignment with the project process. The tender must be geared towards this approach. The services comprise strategic, organizational, technical and economic support for the contracting authority during all project phases. As required, operational project management on the client side and fiduciary services for the overall coordination or management of the project may also be undertaken on behalf of the contracting authority, as may representation of the contracting authority within the scope of the assigned authority.
