This invitation to tender concerns the study, design and coordination services necessary for the implementation of the “Logistics Building + PIF + Charging Station” project located in sector P47–P49, as part of Geneva Airport’s “Pôle EST” program. The project consists of constructing infrastructure for the activities of the integrators DHL and FedEx, for Geneva Airport’s logistics center, as well as for the new main PIF. The facility must optimize operational areas, guarantee the quality of traffic flows and maneuvers, and meet Geneva Airport’s architectural, environmental and functional requirements. The overall scope of the contract also includes an electric charging station for light vehicles. This invitation to tender is divided into three lots: - Lot 1: Architect - Lot 2: Civil Engineer - Lot 3: Technical Engineers This contract exclusively covers SIA 31, 32, 33 and 41 study services. SIA phases 51, 52 and 53 will be carried out by a Total Contractor (ET), the successful tenderer for a separate contract. For SIA phases 51, 52 and 53, certain consultants from lots 1 and 3 will provide quality assistance, supporting the contracting authority in checking architectural, technical and functional compliance with the specifications. Lot 1: Architect: * Architect - General management of studies / Steering / Coordination * Façade specialist - Possibly a subcontractor * Acoustics specialist - Possibly a subcontractor * Building physics specialist - Possibly a subcontractor * AQ3 fire protection specialist - Possibly a subcontractor * Environmental specialist - Possibly a subcontractor * DGNB Coordinator - Possibly a subcontractor * Low Carbon specialist - Possibly a subcontractor The tenderer must indicate the name and address of the subcontractor it intends to use for the AQ3 fire protection specialist.
