Opportunity description

This invitation to tender concerns the study, design and coordination services required to carry out the “Logistics Building + PIF + Charging Station” project located in sector P47–P49, as part of Geneva Airport’s “Pôle EST” program. The project consists of constructing infrastructure for the activities of the integrators DHL and FedEx, for Geneva Airport’s logistics center, as well as for the new main PIF. The structure must optimize operational areas, ensure the quality of traffic flows and maneuvers, and meet Geneva Airport’s architectural, environmental and functional requirements. The overall scope of the contract also includes an electric charging station for light vehicles. This invitation to tender is divided into three lots: - Lot 1: Architect - Lot 2: Civil Engineer - Lot 3: Technical Engineers This contract exclusively covers SIA 31, 32, 33 and 41 study services. SIA phases 51, 52 and 53 will be carried out by a Total Contractor (ET), the successful tenderer for a separate contract. For SIA phases 51, 52 and 53, certain consultants from lots 1 and 3 will provide quality assistance, supporting the contracting authority in verifying architectural, technical and functional compliance with the specifications.
