The procedure concerns the award of a mandate to a multidisciplinary consortium of consultants consisting of an architect (lead), a civil engineer, and engineers specializing in CVSE building technical installations. The total amount of work determining the fees is CHF 7.3 million excluding VAT, for CFC 1, 2 and 4. The services awarded concern SIA phases 41 to 53 according to SIA Regulation 112, and Regulations 102 to 108 respectively. The architectural management services in phase 52 and project management assistance (AMO) for phases 41 to 53 will be awarded to the firm Joris Pasquier Architectes SA as the project designer. The architect is expected to take into account that the building is protected, and the civil engineering firm is expected to have experience in timber-frame construction. Procedure: open.
