The contract concerns services for phases 31 to 53 in accordance with SIA Regulation 112, and SIA Regulations 102 to 108 respectively, for the competencies of architect, civil engineer and specialist engineers in HVACSE building technical installations, building physicist, energy concept specialist and AEAI specialist (multidisciplinary consortium of consultants). The project is the conversion and extension of the former fire station building in order to accommodate the cafeteria and extracurricular facilities, with a total amount of work determining the fees of CHF 4'775'000.- excluding VAT (CFC 1, 2 and 4, excluding fees and taxes, with a degree of accuracy of +/- 20%).
