Partial refurbishment of the Hardau II parking garage, general planning services (subject to credit approval) The Hardau II parking garage was constructed as part of the overall development in the years 1976-79. Investigations have shown that the parking level slabs are in a damaged condition; moisture penetration and reinforcement corrosion have been identified. In addition, the parking deck surfaces, after nearly 50 years of use, have reached the end of their service life. In some areas, the building services must be adapted or supplemented. The refurbishment work is intended to provide an intervention-free period of at least 25 years.
