The Vetsuisse Faculty of UZH intends, through this tender, to award the cleaning management contract to a competent, high-performing and reliable partner. The following objectives are important: * Cost-effective procurement of cleaning services through competition in compliance with the legal requirements of IVöB. * Professional contract management and service provision * Seamless implementation of the required hygiene standards and statutory guidelines and the internal quality requirements * Full transparency of services and costs * Assurance of operational safety by the contractor for the commissioned services * Proactive conduct in innovation and optimization processes The Vetsuisse Faculty, Animal Hospital site in Zurich, has a building area of approximately 24’691 m2. However, only approximately 5’777 m2 are included in the present tender. The overview of the properties can be found in the room book. The designation of the properties concerned is as follows: * Property TKK: Small Animal Clinic, Winterthurerstr. 208, 8057 Zurich (4'744 m2) * Property TPE: Staff residence, Winterthurerstr. 206, 8057 Zurich (246 m2) * Property TRE: Coach house building, Winterthurerstr. 260, 8057 Zurich (625 m2) * Property TWW: Residential building, Winterthurerstr. 248, 250, 252, 8057 Zurich (162 m2) Note: The precise use of each of the above-mentioned properties is detailed in the room book.
