Opportunity description

The contract covers the construction and requalification of the buildings as well as the external works. Building 1 is demolished and replaced by two new buildings: one (Bldg. 1 NEW) for the DGMR and the OFROU; the other (Bldg. 5) for the “Polcant”. Building 2 is retained and converted. Building 3 is demolished and 2 new buildings, “3 NEW” and “5”, are constructed against Building 2, thus creating a single volume. Building 4 (the existing covered areas) is partially converted to house the new electrical and Polycom room and the POLCANT van garages. The project provides for the supply and installation of external windows and doors for Buildings 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. The buildings must meet the SMEO and Minergie P-ECO ecological criteria. The windows of Building 5 must meet the security criteria imposed by POLCANT. Description according to CFC: - 221.3 – Steel windows - 221.6 – External metal doors Procedure: open.
