A two-storey kindergarten is being built on plot 801, adjacent to plot 39 at Palmenweg 2 in 8274 Tägerwilen. The existing building will be demolished and replaced by a new building comprising two above-ground storeys constructed in timber and a basement constructed in solid materials. The basement will be fully embedded in the ground and will form the basis for the load-bearing structure of the new building. The upper storeys consist of a timber skeleton structure with frames arranged in a regular grid, designed as single or double frames depending on the structural requirements. The combination of solid and timber construction will create a sustainable, functional, and architecturally high-quality building for kindergarten operations. Procedure: open.
