The existing building will be dismantled and replaced by a new building comprising two above-ground storeys constructed in timber and a basement constructed using solid construction. The basement will be fully embedded in the ground and will form the basis for the load-bearing structure of the new building. The upper storeys consist of a timber skeleton structure with frames in a regular grid, designed as single or double frames depending on structural requirements.
