The contract concerns architectural services relating to the renovation of the buildings in the Bourdonnette district (493 apartments) constructed between 1966 and 1974. The renovation work covers: * Sanitary installations and kitchens in the apartments * Roofs of the buildings * Metalwork/joinery on the ground-floor façades * Shopfronts and canopies The services to be performed cover the preliminary design, building design, authorization application, call for tenders, and construction phases (excluding construction management) in accordance with SIA 102 and 112 regulations.
